Drivers see their stops and their pay. Never card messages, prices or your earnings.
Driver policy
Drivers work for your Shop, not for GiftR. GiftR doesn't employ, pay or hold money for any Driver. This applies to every Shop that delivers with Drivers, with or without Driver tools. You agree that:
- Every Driver is 18 or older, legally allowed to drive, and holds a valid Driver's license.
- Every Driver has the vehicle insurance the law and your Shop require for making deliveries.
- You set and pay each Driver directly, and you follow the employment and tax laws where you operate, including how you classify and pay them.
- You're responsible for your Drivers following local laws on the road and at the door.
Drivers also accept GiftR's Driver terms in the app, confirming their age, license and insurance. Full details are in the Shop terms.

Every GiftR Shop gets availability controls, projections, item costs and simple inventory at no extra cost. No spreadsheet, no add-on.
Open days and blackouts
Set the days you're open, plus holidays and time off. GiftR won't book an Order on a day you're closed.
Daily capacity
Cap Orders per day for the whole Shop, and per item. GiftR stops booking once you hit your limit.
Delivery and Pickup windows
Choose when you deliver, or when Customers can collect, and how far you'll go with your service radius.
Projections
Your projected margin for the next 12 months, after expected cancellations, GiftR's fee, card processing and your costs. Plus your match rate and a month-by-month view.
Item costs
Enter materials, labor, packaging and Delivery for each item, and see your margin per Order as a share of your payout. Private to your Shop.
Simple inventory
Set how many you have ready, hide an item in one tap, or mark it out with a back-in-stock date so shoppers see when it returns.
Deliver the way you already do.
Set your own Delivery fee, offer free Delivery, or be Pickup only. Customers see which before they Order.
- Your fee, your call. Charge what makes sense for your area, or nothing at all.
